On an enchanted Caribbean island, little Luisa is born, who captivates everyone with the beauty of her singing. On her first birthday, letting herself be carried away by the sound of the sea and the singing of sirens, Luisa loses sight of her parents, and the whole town unites in her search. But they are surprised to see her turned into a mermaid, singing melodiously on a rock. The little one becomes the attraction of the whole island and they go from everywhere to admire it. One day, a fisherman moves to the island with the purpose of selling it, so Luisa, along with her mermaid sisters, find themselves in need of drawing up a plan to throw him far away from there.

This story rescues that illusion that many parents have stopped cultivating in their children; in turn, it awakens that little hero that each child carries inside, just as Luisa is for her people.
