In The Abyss
About the history
I have always loved fiction and its excessive demands of creative effort. I have always been a lover of the mysteries of this world and one of them is the deepest place on the planet. The Mariana Trench.
After an arduous and extensive research work. With hours of documentation and filmography about that place, I decided to write this novel. Using elements of reality and fusing them with other fictional elements to create an interesting, exciting and credible story. I invented a character named Bryant Jenning who would help me tell the story from the point of view of the crew members of the 1960 dive to conquer the Challenger Deep.
The result was something that has left me personally pleased and satisfied. A thrilling story full of complications throughout the expedition's journey. Nerve wracking, pushing the crew to the brink of desperation, prioritizing their survival more than the mission itself. Join me on this journey to one of the most mysterious places in this world. Hold on tight and pray to the gods of the sea that you don't end up lost: In The Abyss.
