FROM WITHIN is the result of the latent need to contribute at least a micro grain of sand to this vast and immense planet Earth. With these life stories, the only intention is to highlight that we all go through challenges and painful experiences. At the end of the day, it is our responsibility and our decision what we do with the eventualities that sometimes surround us, make us weak, or affect us in some way. The world is constantly changing, which is why it is important to focus and always seek our spiritual well-being; Acceptance is one of the most important tools that leads us to resilience. The way we receive and act in the face of everyday challenges is a narrow gap between well-being and agony. I really appreciate being able to share with you these experiences of mine and others. I hope they can edify or contribute something to your life. Remember that it is important to embrace eventualities, appreciate what has happened, learn from those experiences, and, above all, persevere because life is a constant flow of movement.
